O.J. joined Keller Williams Realty in 2002, with a back ground in real estate development. He envisioned, designed, constructed, managed, and finally sold a 94-acre retirement community in Manvel Texas, just south of Houston. Real estate was a natural for him. Prior to his real estate career, O.J. spent 18 years in the buy and sell world of financial securities, where he and his partners built a high-profile institutional bond firm dealing with some of the most sophisticated institutional investors in the world.

O.J. is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which attests to mastering the complexities of financial analysis and user decisions within the commercial real estate sectors. Only 6% of the estimated 125,000 CRE practitioners are CCIM designates. CCIM is one of the most respected designations within the CRE community.

In 2007, Keller Williams asked O.J. to serve as Director of Keller Williams Commercial Division and represent Houston and the surrounding areas.

In 2009, O.J. served as President of the Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County.

In 2017, O.J. left Keller Williams to form his own brokerage, Bobek Investments, Inc. With this exciting new venture, O.J. will continue to provide the knowledge, expertise, and exceptional service that have been the hallmarks of his career.
