The Woodlands is a fast growing master-planned community in Texas that has a population just shy of 100,000, according to 2010 Census figures. It was created in 1974 and is just over 30 miles away from the city of Houston. George P. Mitchell had a dream of creating a community filled with hotels, office parks, malls, schools, golf courses, and a conference center; his vision gave birth to this amazing new community.

The Woodlands Today

The Woodlands is growing at an extraordinary rate and continually welcomes new businesses, such as Chevron Phillips, Hewitt Associates, and Woodforest National Bank. Below, we look at the various uses of The Woodlands when it comes to commercial real estate properties.
